Founder & CEO
Tracy Barnes Hinnant, daughter of William and Bertha Barnes, was born and raised in Wilson County, North Carolina. She graduated from Ralph L. Fike High School in 1991 and served in the USAR.
She attended Wilson Community College, while working a full time job and earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Technology, in 1996. She furthered her educational journey by attending Mount Olive University, graduating in 2012, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Tracy attended Pfeiffer University, from 2012-2017 and obtained a Dual Degree for Masters Business Administration /Leadership. The desire to continue her studies, she also gained a certification of Biblical Studies in 2017 and a Masters of Counseling- Marriage and Family Therapy in May 2020 from Liberty University. She furthered her educational path, June 2022, received her Transformational Coach Certification from Dharius Daniels Mentoring and Coaching Program.
She is married to Clyon, with two children together and blessed with two additional children and several grands. Tracy’s Christian journey began at Jerusalem Gove Primitive Baptist Church and later World Overcomers Christian Church, where she served on the Hospitality committee, Children’s Ministry Leader and Church Deacon.
Our Board
Our board members are an integral part of helping and ensuring this ministry flows by the direction of God. They are there to support and build a ministry that operates in Godly love and under his direction. This ministry would not be possible to operate with love and grace without these women of God.
